Executive/Senior Executive - Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and evaluate new product proposals, including managing the reordering process for existing products

  • Prepare, produce, and review management reports, ensuring alignment with overseas purchasers and stakeholders

  • Monitor and analyze product sales performance to support procurement and merchandising decisions

  • Manage and maintain strong working relationships with overseas suppliers and business partners

  • Ensure all procurement-related projects and product launches are delivered within the agreed timelines

  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

  • Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new country expansion initiatives and operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or merchandising

  • Skills: Basic data entry and data analysis skills

  • Language: Good command of English (written and spoken). Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage
