Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills to convey the strategy and expectations to different audiences and able to present planograms clearly and persuasively.

• Design planograms that are attractive, functional and profitable and detail to data, color and composition as well as good understanding of consumer psychology and behaviors.

• Able to balance aesthetics and practicality as well as adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.

• Equipped with industry knowledge to stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and regulations.

• Familiar with the products, categories and segments as well as aware of the legal, ethical, and environmental implications of the planogram decisions.

• Prepare and Maintain Planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.

• Maintain the operational effectiveness of every planogram by following the SOP so that products meet level run down effectively.

• Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range and Display processes.

• Conduct pre- and post-implementation evaluations to measure the impact of new planograms roll-out.

• Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously improve planograms and customer decision trees.

• Maintain and update internal databases, planning templates, and planogram libraries to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Min 2 years of experience in micro space planning.

• Proficient in plano software like Catman, JDA and etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Familiarity with space management systems.

• Basic analytical skills for interpreting sales and space productivity data.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, shopper behaviours, and retail operations.
