This role serves as a key driver of warehouse operations, acting as the bridge between ongoing warehouse activities or projects and long-term process optimization. The position is responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading enhancement initiatives to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. It requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, strong analytical capability, and the ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects. The successful candidate will collaborate cross functionally and across regions to support global warehouse initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Analyze existing warehouse workflows across inbound, picking, packing, and outbound distribution.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process optimization initiatives.

• Support implementation of automation, digitalization, and system-driven process improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with retail operational speed and accuracy requirements

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, lead, and manage warehouse-related projects (process improvement, system enhancement, workflow redesign, etc.).

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project timeline, risk, and performance outcomes.

• Ensure smooth rollout and operational adoption.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze warehouse and distribution performance data (productivity, accuracy, inventory, turnaround time).

• Support KPI tracking such as order fulfilment speed, inventory availability, and operational cost efficiency.

• Translate data insights into actionable improvement plans.

• Support reporting and operational review processes.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Cultural Collaboration

• Work closely with warehouse operations teams, regional stakeholders.

• Support knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across location.

• Travel as required to support warehouse improvement projects and operational rollout.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–8 years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or retail supply chain operations.

• Strong understanding of retail warehouse operations including high SKU handling, inventory management and warehouse accuracy control.

• Experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or warehouse project management.

• Experience working with warehouse data, WMS reports, or performance dashboards.

• Experience supporting automation, system integration, or digital warehouse initiatives is an advantage.

• Willing to travel as required with experience working in regional or multi-country environments is an advantage.
