Job Summary

Internally the role is called as Analyst under Post Deals Department. The Analyst supports in driving value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. This role focuses on structured analysis, execution support, and insight generation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, coachable, and capable of delivering high-quality outputs within defined scopes.

Key Responsibilities

Analytical Support

• Conduct market, competitor, and internal business analysis

• Build financial models and track key performance metrics

• Support identification of value creation opportunities

Execution Support

• Assist in implementing initiatives across functions (e.g., pricing, operations, marketing)

• Coordinate with portfolio company teams to gather data and track progress

• Maintain structured trackers and dashboards

Output Development

• Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports

• Translate analysis into actionable insights

• Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables

Process & Playbook Development

• Support documentation of best practices and repeatable frameworks

• Contribute to building internal knowledge base across portfolios

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment, startups, or corporate roles

• Strong academic background

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

• Ability to work with structured guidance

• Detail-oriented and disciplined

• Curious and willing to learn

• Able to operate within defined problem scopes
