Assistant Manager - Warehouse Research & Admin
Intelligence Task Force Business & Research Administration Assistant Manager plays a key role in leading and supporting business analysis, planning, research activities, and administrative coordination within the Intelligence Task Force. This position drives structured research, data validation, and execution planning to support strategic decisions and operational improvements across assigned business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Research
Conduct market, operational, workflow, and commercial research to support new business directions, internal assessments, and operational improvements.
Translate research findings into structured proposals, reports, and actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain business models, forecasting tools, KPI tracking, and performance dashboards.
Support feasibility studies, benchmarking exercises, and project evaluations.
2. Planning & Coordination
Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks among Planning Executives to ensure timely execution.
Consolidate data and information from internal and external stakeholders for reporting and analysis.
Support the development of implementation plans, schedules, SOPs, and operational workflows.
Track progress of ongoing initiatives and highlight gaps, risks, and mitigation actions.
3. Administrative & Governance
Lead and supervise administrative team
Manage documentation, business records, reports, and approvals according to internal requirements.
Prepare structured presentations, minutes, and briefing papers for management reviews.
Ensure compliance with procedural standards, reporting formats, and administrative governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Research, Analytics, or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business planning, research, PMO/administration, strategy, or related fields
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured reporting capabilities
Experience in preparing executive summaries and management reports for decisionmaking
Proficiency in data consolidation, analysis, and presentation
Knowledge of research methodologies, data collection techniques, and industry benchmarking
Ability to lead small teams and manage execution deadlines
