Senior Executive - Logistics Data Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Global Trade & Product Compliance (GTPC) team in enhancing visibility and driving data-informed decisions across our global trade operations. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and data models that provide actionable insights and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, translate data into meaningful metrics, develop and maintain dashboards that empower stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track product compliance, import/export performance, and other trade-related metrics.
Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from multiple internal systems (e.g., ERP, warehouse management, and shipment tracking platforms).
Build and optimize data models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with the Global Trade & Product Compliance team to identify key data sources and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
Analyze operational and trade data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with IT and data teams to improve data integrity and reporting automation.
Address ad-hoc data queries and conduct thorough investigations to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
Support data quality, governance, and documentation effort, including setting up data processes, dashboard user guides, and SOPs.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests from compliance and supply chain stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably within retail, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain related functions.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Advance skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas) and familiarity with data querying tools (e.g.: SQL, Power Query, or similar).
Understanding of supply chain and trade compliance processes (import/export, product documentation, shipment flow, etc.) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Adaptable, with an eagerness to take on varied responsibilities and new challenges.
