Manager - Trade Excellence & Transformation (CoE)
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Intelligence & Classification Governance
• Design and strengthen enterprise-level governance frameworks for HS classification, tariff intelligence, and product compliance across markets
• Establish structured approaches to capture, standardize, and scale classification logic, regulatory interpretation, and trade data
• Develop mechanisms to monitor and improve alignment between classification decisions and actual import declarations, enabling proactive risk identification
• Build and evolve a centralized trade intelligence and classification knowledge hub as a foundation for data-driven decision-making and future automation
• Enable the transition from manual and fragmented classification handling to a structured, scalable, and data-driven trade intelligence capability
Trade Control Tower Development
• Lead the development of a Trade Compliance Control Tower framework to enhance operational visibility across classification, import operations, and compliance activities
• Define key metrics and monitoring mechanisms for trade-related performance and compliance indicators
• Establish structured reporting and monitoring processes to support management decision-making
• Integrate trade data and operational insights into the broader Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT) ecosystem
Digital Transformation
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across GTPC operations, including workflow digitalization, automation, and data integration
• Collaborate with IT and system teams to build scalable platforms for trade data management and operational monitoring
• Develop structured datasets that support future adoption of analytics and AI-assisted classification capabilities
CoE Transformation & Process Improvement
• Lead CoE-driven transformation initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and governance across GTPC
• Conduct gap analysis across trade compliance, classification workflows, import coordination, and product compliance processes
• Design standardized operating frameworks and best practices that can be implemented across markets
• Support capability development within GTPC teams to strengthen internal expertise and decision making
Regional Operational Influence
• Work closely with GTPC operational teams, local import teams, and product compliance teams across 14 countries
• Influence adoption of governance frameworks, digital tools, and standardized processes
• Ensure trade intelligence insights support procurement decisions, operational planning, and compliance readiness
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
•Experience driving process improvement and operational transformation
•Ability to structure data governance and performance monitoring frameworks
•Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or digital workflow solutions
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability
