Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Regional Finance Head to develop and deliver key financial metrics that support strategic decision-making.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability and performance.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple countries through effective tax planning and coordination.

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including accounting firms, tax agents, and banking partners across the region.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Group’s ERP system across regional operations.

• Collaborate with the Regional Finance Head to identify and resolve issues related to accounting, operations, and banking, while providing timely updates to management.

• Review monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry. Exposure to European markets is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

• Adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
